We currently deliver to Navi Mumbai. If your location is outside our service area, please contact us before placing an order.

• Orders are processed within 6 hours of confirmation.
• Orders placed before 05:00 PM will be processed on the same day.
• Orders placed after 05:00 PM , on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Our delivery partner will attempt 1 times before marking the order undeliverable.
• If the order is undelivered due to incorrect address/contact details, a reshipping fee may apply.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive damaged or spoiled fruits, please contact us within 6 Hours with photos, and we will issue a replacement or refund.
